  • Find a place that is quiet and comfortable.

  • Bring in blankets or pillows to invite the sensations of warmth, nurturing, and safety.

  • Ease into the meditation without expectations.

  • If thoughts arrive allow them, love them, and release them.

  • Allow yourself permission to be a listener, observer, and witness.

  • Release the expectation that you have to be seated. Explore positions that align for your body’s present moment.

  • Allow each meditation experience to be different.
